Barbara Fleming, President/CEO Ms. Fleming’s formal education consists of attending Drake University in Iowa. She comes from a long line of temporary staffing service experience, with her father being one of the founders of the temporary help industry back in 1946. Ms. Fleming began operations in the IT staffing industry back in 1984 with the opening of the first Consultis office in Houston, TX. She currently acts as the President/CEO of Consultis.
	Jeff A. Fleming, Vice President Mr. Fleming’s formal education culminated in a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University. He began operations with Consultis in August 1992 as Account Executive for Consultis of Dallas, Inc. From September 1993 to March 1994 he acted as Branch Manager for Consultis of Dallas, Inc. From April 1994 to July 1995 he acted as Regional Manager for the State of Texas. In July 1995 Mr. Fleming was promoted to Vice President - Branch Operations and is responsible for each of Consultis’ affiliate offices.
	Jamie L. Delsing, Managing Partner Ms. Delsing received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Arizona. She began operations with Consultis in September 1989 as an Account Executive for Consultis of Los Angeles, Inc. She later relocated to the Corporate Headquarters for Consultis and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer of the company. She now holds the title of Managing Partner with the responsibilities of Marketing and Florida regional management.
	Bob Hageman, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Hageman received an MBA degree from Purdue University in 1985, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ohio State University in 1979 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1979. From 1979 to 1986, he was an Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Chicago, Illinois and from 1986 to 1995, he was a Group Manager with Ryder System, Inc. in Miami, Florida. After 2 years as Chief Financial Officer with Lease America Services, Inc., a Boca Raton-based PEO, Mr. Hageman joined Consultis as Chief Financial Officer in April 1997. Since starting with Consultis, he has led the upgrade of accounting systems and processes and directs the back office support functions of the Company.
