CLIENT MANAGER INSTRUCTIONS 1. Confirm your email address with your Consultis Representative The eTimesheet system will send messages to the email address assigned to your user ID. 2. After a consultant enters and approves their timesheet, you are sent an email with a link to the eTimesheet Client logon. You may click on the link or go to www.consultis.com and then "Clients eTimesheet". 3. You must approve the consultant’s weekly timesheet no later than 3:00 PM Eastern time on Monday of the following week to make sure the consultant is paid on the following Friday. 4. Logon with your user name and password and review the appropriate timesheets. You will receive a welcome email with your user name and password information. 5. Upon review, if you want to return the timesheet to the consultant for corrections, click the "denied" box, enter an explanation as to why the timesheet is being returned, and then click "submit". The eTimesheet than sends an email to the consultant to change and resubmit the timesheet. 6. After you approve the timesheet by clicking "approved" and then "submit", you should receive an email notification for your records. |
